If you lose access to your email box and are unable to login to your exchange account, you can follow these steps to reset it:
- Restore access to your email box via your email service.
You can use additional emails that you set as a backup for a particular email box. You can set these addresses when you have access to your email.
In this case, you should choose the backup email restore method. You will receive a link to reset access to your email box to your backup email.
Some email services provide mobile phone verification (where you specified your mobile phone number in your email box settings).
In this case you should choose the mobile phone restore method. You will receive a code to your mobile phone which may be used to set a new password for your email box.
Some email services can restore access to your email by answering some personal questions (which you were asked to mention when you registered an email account) or answering some questions about your recent activity in this email box (recent messages, previous passwords, etc). To restore access using this method, you should choose the ‘secret question’ option in your email box restore page.
Each email service differs so we recommend that you contact your email service provider customer support first in order to reset access to your email box.
2. Change email by contacting B2BX Exchange support
In the event you could not restore access to your email box using the previous options, you can contact the B2BX Exchange support team via email ([email protected]) with the following details:
